We happily exchange for incorrectly supplied products if a product is unopened, undamaged and in its original condition.
When a product has been opened, used and/or tested, and the product is not faulty, a refund/replacement cannot be given. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind purchases.
If you need to return a faulty or damaged product, you will need to lodge a claim within 14* days of receiving the product. Photos will be requested to verify the claim, please complete the refund form.
